Clinikey Limited makes Relief by Clinikey, a tax relief app for iPhone. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it. The short version: none of your information leaves your iPhone unless you choose to share it.

What the app stores, and where

• Your profile, tax years, fees and receipts are stored only on your iPhone, in the app's private storage.
• The name, address and employer details you enter for your P87 form are stored on your iPhone.
• Your National Insurance number and employer PAYE reference are only kept if you choose to save them. If you do, they're held in your iPhone's Keychain, locked behind Face ID or your passcode. If you don't, they're used once to fill in your form and then cleared.
• Your filled-in P87 and evidence bundle are created on your iPhone. They only leave the app if you share or print them.

What we don't do

• We don't run servers, databases or cloud storage for the app.
• We don't collect analytics, usage data, advertising identifiers or personal information.
• We don't send anything to HMRC or anyone else on your behalf.
• Reminders are local notifications created on your iPhone. No data is sent to any server.

Payments

Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. We don't see or store your payment details.

Your choices

• You can delete everything at any time with "Delete all data" in the app's Settings, or by deleting the app.
• If your subscription ends, your data stays on your iPhone. You can still export your receipts, or delete everything.
